Pattison Elementary's green initiative is led by Pattison 4th grade teacher DeAnn O'Toole who applied for the district's Eagle Innovation grant to purchase a sorting table for their cafeteria. When students finish their lunches, they divide their waste and choose whether it will be composted, recycled, or sent to a landfill.
